They jacked up my rate over 20% during the third month of the pandemic while I was unemployed however was unable to receive unemployment. I was told they raised everybodies rates 20% and that it was standard. Also, they have very poor customer service and care little to none about their customers. You are better off being insured by a rock.Report

After being told I could pick up my claim check any time between 8 and 5, and driving 30 minutes to get there, I arrive at 12:15 to a sign that the office was closed from 12:00 to 1:00 for lunch. Thanks for wasting my time.Report
