EDIT1: after posting this review I received a reply to my email that they will message the manufacturer for an update. Which they indeed did and sent me back a reply for the update a couple of minutes before this edit. Also as you can see another employee/representative reached out to me in the replies from this review who also helped me out with describing the situation from the date I placed my order to now. Currently, my product shipping date is November which is almost here so I'll update you then, But I did like that the the representative said they can cancel my order if needed which is nice. My rating also went from 1 star to 2 stars currently as the quick support and helpful replies are making my experience a bit better.

I placed an order on Oct 23 2023 for a cold air intake for my vehicle. The website states "in stock" and shipping will be 2-5 days. After placing the order I received an email for fitment which didn't seem out of the ordinary, Now on the 24th I received an email stating the product would be a special order due to high demand and would take 10-15 days for shipment. Again nothing too out of the ordinary minus not sure why a cold air intake would be in high demand for a Camry but we move on. Now as of leaving the review my order still shows as processing with no shipment information or any updates since the email on the 24th. Currently coming up on 2 weeks since placing my order and still no updates on shipping which is a bit worrying as even AEM can ship the intake in 4 days to my house from the US. I sent them an email before writing this review so will update this review with more information if I ever get a reply back from them, But looking at other reviews this isn't the first time people have experienced an issue like this. Now this review is not the bash the company over shipping as I understand at times it takes a while to get a product shipped which at times isn't the seller's fault, But not providing updates and having the item listed as "in stock" and "2-5 day shipping " is something that should be sorted out. But like I said I'll wait for the email to see if anything changes if not I will start a refund by the end of the week if nothing happens and just go with AEM.

Terrible customer service I bought a axle back exhaust it came in thought everything was fine turns out a part is missing and my car was already being worked on I submitted pictures of the parts the box and they accused me of lying and going back and forth instead of solving the issue, go anywhere else do not shop here customer service is terrible can’t even get a manager on the phone to resolve an issue.

Ordered seat covers for my truck. They reached out to confirm fitment and supply. Once confirmed they provided information for going forward.

It’s nice not having to go to them yourself. Happy with my first purchase from them.

I ordered up a set of fender flares great price by the way ! and two days later they shipped and the next day I had them against the truck to see what they looked like ..lol.. GREAT service and fast shipping , you are all awesome ,,, cheers !!

As a Canadian I find tdot quick and easy. Customer service is extremely helpful, and the website is super easy to find the parts type want.

I would definitely purchase from them again.

Ordered some brake pads, arrived on time, box was all beat up and one had a small chip out of the pad material but otherwise worked fine. I’d order again but they need to package their products better.
