Sussex IM was established in January 2010, but our history goes back more than three decades. We trace our roots to Sussex Plastics Inc., formed in 1977 in Sussex, Wis. by a Hungarian immigrant. Later, as part of a major global manufacturer, we adopted the latest automation technology and lean manufacturing practices and created an industry-leading innovation center. That set the stage for management to purchase the company and reopen it as Sussex IM.

• Proprietary flow molding for metal replacement;
• Complex part design;
• Molding and assembly of multiple components
We also offer a variety of post-molding value-added services that allow us to take your product right to your customer's shelves. They include:
• In-cycle (manual or automated) high-complexity assembly;
• Extensive secondary operations;
• Decoration, including painting, metalizing, hot stamping, pad printing, heat-transfer labeling, pressuresensitive labeling and laser engraving;
• Packaging and shipping of product to your warehouse or your customer's distribution center.
