Robert Parnagian from Sunrise Toyota sold my wife and I a 2020 Toyota Camry a few months back . It was the most pleasant experience at a car dealership . No pressure , pleasant and full of knowledge about all the vehicles and future service. Dealership is roomy and spotless . Rob at sunrise Toyota was awesome ! He is in the used car sales department and was so kind and helpful when selecting a car. 10/10 would recommend coming here if you want a Toyota ! I am so happy with my purchase :)))

They had an advertised deal on their website for a lease of a RAV4 that we were looking into. When we got there they would not honor the price, not even close. The monthly payment was double as well as the down payment. They claim it has to do with taxes and fees but the numbers don't jive. That's false advertising to me & I intend to put in a formal complaint to Toyota as well as others. I know it's a tough time but have been to a bunch of other dealers that have been more straight forward & honorable

To the Sunrise owners response: we were just there a few hours ago speaking to one of your salesman, we even test drove the RAV4 loaded model you have right out in front. We were discussing the white one u also had available out front. You can act like we weren't there but we know we were. We have the salesman's business card that helped us, including his personal #. You lost my girlfriends business, as well as mine when I will be looking for a car in the next year. Plus we will be filing a formal complaint

If you were at other Toyota dealers, why didn't you buy there. Because you were not! We are very reputable. All ads are fully disclosed and we can break out the numbers for you!
