I've been using them a long time. They are dependable and do good work. They call before, and after the appointment of I'm not home to let me know when they will be there. They are friendly and will take care of special issues if they arise.

Adrian went above an beyond to solve my pest problem. He climbed behind my stove and found a hole which he was able to plug up. I ve used Southern Pest solutions many times for both my home and business and they are consistly professional, responsive and on time.

I've been using Pat's team for almost a year. Adrian is terrific, very knowledgeable and accommodating. He takes special care to remove the many spider webs outside, and addresses bugs inside. I originally called them as my neighbor uses them when I had a mouse problem. Also, they are happy to make a return trip in between quarterly visits to handle anything that comes up. Thank you!

Adrian, the technician that came to do the inspection was very professional, patient and helpful. I would like to have him do my quarterly inspections each time.
Also, Susan, the assistant that schedule the inspections is awesome. She is always accommodating.

My property management company have worked with Pat and his team at Southern Pest for many years. Pat branched out on his own from his former company and even with the prior company we have always had a great experience with their team. All of the technicians are courteous, efficient and take pride in their work. We have not always had such positive experiences with former exterminators so this is a refreshing change! If you have any pest problem all of the employees want to get rid of the problem for you as quickly as possible. I am glad we have a close working relationship with Pat and his team and do not plan on using any other services for some time to come! Thanks Southern Pest for what you do to improve our rental properties each day!
