Service department doesn't exist?

I scheduled a service appointment online but didn't receive a confirmation. So I called a few days ahead, no answer. I leave a voicemail, no return call. I call the day before, same thing. I call the morning of and no answer. I call parts department and after a 10 minute hold they transfer me to service, who doesn't answer. I go back on the website and chat with a rep who gives me the service number again, I call and no answer. Really? It shouldn't be this hard guys.

We really had a wonderful salesman. Scott, he was informative, knowledgeable. And truly we felt like he answered us honestly and not just because he wanted the sale. The finance department, Delissa was such a pleasure to work with. We didn't finance our vehicle but just signing documents she was a real pleasure. We had fun with the other salesmen and customers. It was almost two days of looking and test driving but finally brought home a 2022 Ram 2500 Longhorn limited. Beautiful pickup.

I can't speak to the sales department, but the service depart is unfortunately the worst I have ever encountered. I have a 2020 Rubicon and we just moved to bend from the Gresham area. I was due for routine maintenance 25k miles and was excited to begin building a relationship with Lithia Jeep as it is walking distance from my home. I was met with service advisors that refer to their technicians as "wrench monkeys" and absolutely no ability to provide basic customer service. I now have a Jeep that is unsafe to drive due to a fuel supply line recall that I, "refused service" on, oil on multiple components under the rig from them not properly securing the drain plug, faulty parking sensors that came about after the service and to top it off no ability to get the Jeep in to complete the recall or take a look at any of the aforementioned issues until January..

I hope others have a better experience and mine is a one off, but after this safety recall is completed I will be keeping my Jeep far away from their current service staff.

Service Department is rude when asked detailed questions about the service they did on the customer's vehicle and where it is written down on the paperwork. Almost feels like a burden to be there. When I picked up my truck I got told to wait til my truck is pulled forward to the door after I said I will get it from the parking lot because I saw where it was parked and checked it out before I went into the building. The lady literally walked away from me with my keys after my request to get my own vehicle without saying one word, then sat in the truck for 3, 4 minutes to check her PHONE before pulling it forward. Absolutely unacceptable to treat customers like that & to hang out in customers vehicles !!

Called to schedule an oil change and the phone message said no appointment needed. But when we got there they had "changed their policy" on November 5th (today is November 18th!!) and it is by appointment only.
Change your phone message BEFORE you change your policy!!!
We drove 2 cars over here on lunch breaks, this place is a huge disappointment. ??????
