My dishwasher stopped working. On Thursday I called them and within minutes I had an appointment set up for upcoming Monday. The guy actually called me half an hour prior to the 1-4 window they set up and told me that he is running early. I am going to be calling them for all the problems with my home appliances!

Knowing who to call is always stressful, but Mike is great, honest, and fixed my Thermador dishwasher with industry knowledge. Where others may just order parts to jack up your bill, Mike performed a methodical diagnostic got it up and running in 30min.

They came when they said they would, called me about 20 minutes before hand to let me know they were on their way. Mike was great, he figured it out within minutes, had the parts with him( that is a big bonus!) and fixed it right away.

Peter who does the repairs is polite, efficient and a nice guy. My stove was fixed quickly. They always worked with my schedule and arrived on time.

I set up an appointment between 1-3pm. He showed up at 1pm! He was friendly, personable & very professional. He diagnosed the problem on my Frigidaire front-load washer in 6 minutes. 6 minutes, people!!! Part was ordered and should arrive in 2-3 days, but I didn't have to wait that long...

My Viking refrigerator stopped cooling. They answered my call fairly quickly and went out of the way to make sure someone came over the same day. My technician, Jim, quickly diagnosed the problem and had the necessary part to complete the repair immediately. Terrific service, very professional.

Top service. Discovered our fridge/freezer stopped working. Left a voicemail and they got back to me and Peter (repairman) was at my doorstep within the hour. He replaced a part and got the fridge working again immediately. A++

My experience with these guys was top notch. The lady on the phone was professional and friendly, and the guy that came out (Otto) was exactly the same. He was able to fix my oven in no time (dying ignitor) and rather than tempt me with a risky fix to my washer, instead gave me a very honest diagnosis that I was better off getting a new one and proceeded to show me why. Throughout the time he was there he remained friendly, enthusiastic, and explanatory.
