We had to go into have some warranty work done on our Mazda. Our first time at the dealership and I have to say I was impressed! They were very customer focused, super efficient and competent. Chad was outstanding as was the lady who handled our rental vehicle (sorry that I don't remember her name). You could tell that the entire dealership had a culture of customer satisfaction.
