The front desk attendants are really professional and friendly. The dentist and his assistant are "ok". I decided to switch dentists because I didn't feel like my questions were being heard. It's not the worst place ever, but also not the greatest.

Rude, That whole front desk staff needs to be replaced.

Unprofessional & incompetent

Never ever go here. They don't have a good system to approve insurance, nor do their front desk know whats going on. For a fact my insurance was approved on Monday esp as my insurance card says Share Dental (you can't suddenly have an insurance card made), my appointment was cancelled by a phone call I never got, I then called back THREE times only to be told that there is no apt available until Jan. Trust the other bad reviews.

I had a cleaning today at the middletown office. Dr Paresh Patel is amazing. I've had some poor dental experiences in the past and this was a breath of fresh air. It's been a while since my last cleaning and I was a bit worried. Thank goodness I found them. Great experience all around.

I went to this dentist today and the lady at the front desk has a bad attitude and tells me I canceled my appointment by text day of, I text a "c".... Please see my picture as their system has c for confirm and p for cancel. The male doctor guy is nice and why I continued to go to this office but not after how this lady is nasty at EVERY appoinment. She said she would try to see if I could be seen as they had a lot of patients... No thank you. Good day love.

This place is nice.. I did a deep cleaning here. Dr. Sharon was very kind and professional, she was very patience listening to all my questions and took time to explain everything. She is an adorable kind Dr. the office staffs were also nice. I had my weekend appointment changed 4 times and they were very cooperative. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Everytime I've been to this office I end up waiting 45 minutes or more , after my set appointment time. The staff is completely unreliable and has missed placed my files on multiple occasions.. I don't recommend.
