The paralegal assigned to my case did a terrible job representing my best interests. When the insurance company denied my claim - I made (1) phone call and discovered the reason was because a block (reason code) was checked incorrectly on the claim form by the physical therapist and the subsequent denial by the insurance company. Why am I paying this firm 30% of my claim if my paralegal assigned to my case can't even do the minimum to get my case resolved.Report
