I called to schedule an appointment that I’ve had to cancel twice due to scheduling conflicts with work. I was treated as if I was being rushed off the phone and the woman didn’t care what I had to say. People do have jobs where it’s difficult to get the time off due to no coverage and things come up. For them not to accept my appointment because I had to cancel twice is ridiculous. I’ll take me business elsewhere, it’s all about money and not the patient right?

Outstanding experience, Dr. Mazock is the very best. The staff was great. A special thank you to Nelly for keeping me straight. Jennifer is the greatest, such a kind and caring person. She always took the time to keep me informed on what was going on and what to expect. Jennifer thank you for sharing your faith.

I recently got my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Mazock at the Pecan Valley Office. I went with local anesthesia so I was awake during the procedure. I got all four wisdom teeth removed. It took around 45 minutes. The entire procedure was painless and Dr. Mazock explained every step of the process. I highly recommend Dr. Mazock and the Pecan Valley office. All the staff are welcoming and professional.

Had all four of my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Mazock did a wonderful job! I was worried about the procedure at first but the doctor calmed me down and talked to me about what was going to be done. The staff was very friendly and patient. Would definitely recommend!

Had to go in for a molar extraction and bone graft on extremely short notice. Annabelle in the front office worked with my insurance company and surprisingly was able to get them to pay for some of my service, even when I expected that they wouldn't cover it at all. Dr Mazock and staff were professional and engaging. Answered every one of my questions and told me a little bit of Dr Mazocks dental philosophy which I am very impressed with.

Procedure was everything I could have expected and more. No pain no complications so far. I would highly recommend this office for dental work. 10/10
