Guests may enjoy an array of antipasti including Wood-fired Wings with caramelized onions and focaccia; Chopped Salad with mixed greens, cucumbers, olives, cherry peppers, pancetta, and Auricchio provolone; a Meatball served with San Marzano tomato and whipped ricotta; Truffle Burrata with prosciutto, heirloom tomatoes and herbed vinaigrette; and Broccoli Rabe with sausage, chili flakes, EVOO and confit garlic.
