Reimer Home Services

We called Reimer for an air quality issue in our home, we had an odor we could not identify or pinpoint. Greg recommended the REME-HALO UV light for the furnace and that eliminated the odor.. We also had a humidifier and condensate pump installed, I was impressed with the craftsmanship and quality of the installation. We will be staying with Reimer.

Reimer is forcing customers into auto pay not good customer service then they dont even quote their membership feed correctly. ridiculous. its a shame this use to be a good company. not any more.

Hi Tom, we truly apologize for the miscommunication in regards to the membership. it is a new membership we just came out with so we are still trying to workout all the kinks of it. Called a month ago to have my forced air furnace serviced,this company has been sending me flyers for years.
Appointment was booked,the office staff member never inquired about my furnace,it's a standard forced air furnace.
They have called twice to give me an appointment that was sooner( by a few days).
I'm at home waiting for their arrival today, when their secretary called me and said the manager told her to call me as they cannot service the type of furnace that I have?
Talk about unprofessional, I called and got another appointment with a reputable company,the gentleman told me ( after he chuckled) that Reimer absolutely services the kind of furnace I have!
Luckily ,they are able to come in 3 days for half the price!
I'm not recommending these guys to anyone!
Just tell the truth,we had a storm and you have bigger,better jobs for more money.
Super unprofessional!!!!! Stop sending out flyers for furnace cleaning and service if you don't want to do it!!!
