Referee Store

Very poor customer service and defective products. Avoid Referee Store for Yapalong products. Their customer service is atrocious. I purchased an 8-unit set for over $2,000 that never worked. Upon arrival I noticed that one unit was scratched (appearing used). I tested them immediately and informed them that the units did not work. They advised me on troubleshooting, taking with “experts” and working with the manufacturer. I even sent the units to the manufacturer for testing and while they made some repairs the units simply didn’t work. I am a high school and college football official and we could not hear each other across the field, not at all! Yet the site claims they work up to 300 meters. We couldn’t hear 50 meters apart.
I did everything they suggested for almost 3 months and finally wrote an earlier google review. They said they would take care of it if I removed the review. I did, but they did nothing.
