Donovan was awesome, he completed the work quickly and was extremely friendly and efficient. He knew exactly what to do and how to do it. He knew everything there was to know about every aspect of the new garage door opener and explained in detail how everything worked. It was a new smart door opener with Wi-Fi accessibility and many App operations, he programmed everything, explained how it worked and how we needed to interact with it. Couldn't ask for better service.

This is our second time using Precision Door Service, the first time was in 2014. Everything and everyone with and about this company is courteous and professional. From the time I called, the tech was here within a couple hours, calling to let us know he was on his way. Donovan was professional and courteous. He explained everything in detail before starting the job. He had our garage door repaired as good as new in a timely manner.

Call these guys for anything garage related - period. Same day service and customer service is second to none - they were the first and only ones I called due to the other reviews on google.

Backstory: My garage door had been on its last legs for about two years, and I heavy-handed it over the weekend trying to close it too quickly and ended up ripping two rollers out, and trapping my truck in the garage. Called Monday morning and Zac came out and took a look and gave me three options: get it to work with what I have (which was a single undersized spring, motor, etc. for a DOUBLE door), upgrade the hardware parts but keep my worn out motor, or upgrade the hardware and the motor. I went for the third option and couldn't be happier. Zac got it working Monday afternoon so we could park out of the cold for the night, then came out the next morning to complete the upgrades, and now it opens and closes quieter than the front door to the house!
