Pingouin Car Rental

Renting a car through Pingouin car rental was the best experience I had with any company in Mauritius. Customer service was incredible, it was easy to pick up and drop off and the car was in great condition. Will rent a car through pingouin every time we come back to Mauritius.

I have nothing but praises for Pingouin Car Rental. I even broke the initial car they gave me (which was brand new) and they came the next day and delivered another one completely free of charge. Even the second car they gave me, sadly I scratched it a bit, but they were completely fine about it. It really has full insurance.
Very friendly and nice people always willing to help and give you the best experience possible. Super nice that you can talk to them on whatsapp. The prices are also fantastic!
If you're wondering where to rent from, you should definitely get a car from them.

I rented a BMW X1 from Pengouin for nine days, expecting a luxury experience. However, the car was delivered in a disappointing state - dirty and with only 25% fuel. Despite being a premium rental, it lacked features like Apple CarPlay and made an unsettling noise due to poor maintenance. The car turned out to be an 'office car', not a regular fleet vehicle, raising concerns about their fleet management. For a service costing 600 EUR, the value and quality were severely lacking. Pengouin's lack of transparency and failure to meet basic luxury rental standards leads me to advise against using their services.
I would strongly advise against Pengouin.

Wir haben unser Auto halb dreckig zurück gebracht und die Autonummer ist runtergefallen, was jedoch auf Garantie von Pingouin Car Rental ging.
