As a first time homeowner, I was nervous about the maintenance of my unit, but I was so happy with my service... I don't plan on ever considering anyone else!

I use Pace comfort and cooling for all my clients. They have done everything from repairing a thermostat to installation of duct work and new units. Zack is on time, very attentive, and backs their work.

Zach does excellent work.
I hired him to replace the HVAC hood on the system in my backyard.
He was on time, and professional. He was able to add on more work when he found my ductwork was not completely connected to the unit. I appreciate that he could take care of that when he found it!

I was replacing or having my dryer repaired way to often. I knew I needed new venting but I did not know who to call. A handyman told me to call a plumber or a/c company. A friend called her plumber and he did not do dryer venting so she called Pace's to see if they would do it.
I spoke to Zach that day or the next day and he came out that Friday afternoon and run new venting for my dryer. My dryer venting was run through the corner of my shower and there was not much space so we had discussed him running the vent out of my laundry room floor instead of through there. Zach did not like how far my dryer would stick out if he did that so he spent a lot of extra time running it through the corner of my shower under the built in stool like the old venting was.
Zach did a a high quality job and even though it took extra time he swept up behind himself and stuck with the estimate. I had metal venting run so that it can be cleaned out and I plan to use Pace's Comfort Cooling to maintain my venting.

Zach is awesome!!!!! My parents are elderly with an OLD outdated unit. He knew exactly what to do. In less then 30 minutes issue resolved. We spoke about a replacement unit and I will most definitely be helping my parents get that in the new year through him! I highly recommend!

Zach was super responsive. He arrived on time. He was very professional and polite/ respectful. He was able to quickly identify the error with our unit. Zach quickly repaired it, inspected all aspects of our setup, and got us back up and running properly. His price is more than fair. We will definitely be using him in the future for our regular maintenance on our HVAC.

Great local business with propt service and an extremely knowledgeable owner. He came to our house the same day I called and had our A/C back up and running in short order.
