Greg, Darren, Dan, and Landon were all available immediately ON A SATURDAY to help with urgent electric, heat pump, and water heater issues in our new house and we are so glad! Ostrom is our go-to for home repairs, everything is in the same system and I've never met a nicer, more educated and honest group of technicians. The repair plan (SSP) is absolutely worth every penny! They call before coming and text you pictures of the person arriving for safety. Impressive doesn't even cover how great this company is!

Guys did some electrical repairs. Very nice and pleasant. They knew exactly what they were doing.

These people are a rip off!!! We were in a bind and on vacation with 5 teenagers in the house. The kitchen drain was clogged and my husband told them exactly where to go to fix the issue. They decided to pull our toilet and needless to say charged us an astronomical amount of money. We paid half and when we got home, it was not fixed. We called them back and they thought it was ok to try to charge another $500 for a job they didn't fix. My husband ended up fixing it himself... Now we keep getting a bill for a job they never finished!! Screw them, they are not getting money for a job they didn't do!!!

Sarah- the charges were agreed to prior to the work starting. Your husband even said on the second visit (9/8/21- you were back in town) he would pay the other half tomorrow (this would have been 9/9/21) and there has been no response to any call, invoice or email until this review. If you would like to discuss this further please call in and ask for the plumbing service manager.

Never disappointed. On time professional and explains everything before and after. Definitely recommend

Very nice and easy going workers. Only bad thing was price for the work done. Unfortunately the workers had no control over the price.

Thank you for the review! We do use upfront pricing so you know the price ahead of time so you can make an informed decision. And prices have increased as we have had to deal with unprecedented material, equipment, shipping, labor, etc this year more than any time in recent memory.
