Chef Chris was amazing, I would highly recommend him! He made a huge effort for my husband's 40th birthday, creating a fantastic menu that was executed meticulously and so incredibly delicious! I am already thinking of a next time to work with him!

I contacted Chef Chris a bit last minute for a dinner party hosted at our place here in SoHo. From the initial phone call all the way through to the day of the event, Chris' professionalism and talent shined. He was able to pull together a menu that was truly perfect for our group, and he and his assistant/bartender executed with absolute perfection throughout the night. We ended up having a few more people than planned show up that night, but Chef Chris didn't miss a beat. He was able to pull off a bit of a miracle by making sure we had enough food to keep everyone happy. I'll gladly work with him again and would suggest you do as well. You won't regret it.

I have had the pleasure of working with NY Catering Service & Chef Chris on 2 occasions. Once, he came to my home & cooked the most delicious 4 Course Sit-Down Dinner for a group of about 8 adults. I also hired him to Cater a larger Party with passed hors d’oeuvres, a full bar, you name it. Chef Chris and his staff are all extremely personable and professional & they go above and beyond to ensure a fabulous, stress-free, and of course super tasty experience! I have recommended him to friends & colleagues who have all been equally pleased with their experiences. From the initial contact, to choosing a menu, right through to the final cleanup- everything was wonderful.
Great communication & quick response time, he is always happy to accommodate any special requests, dietary restrictions, or changes to the menu, he even makes sure the kids are well fed & happy! I took a chance on a caterer which is a daunting experience. Come to find, chef Chris & his team exceeded my highly critical expectations and impressed me with innovations on classic foods. His take on the mozzarella stick is genius and the meats were cooked to a perfect medium rare. I don't know how they do it but they do. & to sweeten the deal, when the bill came, it was lower than other comparable caterers. 5 stars!

Chef Chris prepared an amazing dinner for a party of 8 at my house in Long Island. He and his Head Server/Mixologist were incredibly personable and they were great sports while having to listen to some of my friends talk about nonsense, myself included! The food was delicious (as was our signature cocktail) and the presentation of the food while serving was quite beautiful. We didn't have to worry about a thing! A guest at the party will be contacting him to host an 80th birthday party and I will definitely be recommending Chef Chris and his team.

Our company used NY Catering Service for an event we held during the Rockefeller Center Tree Lighting. From the start, Chef Chris was quick to respond, heard our needs and jumped to create a proposal to meet them. Given it was our first year back to this event since the pandemic and our limited time to promote it, the Chef was very flexible in terms of party size and budget. He created a great menu of passed hors d'oeuvres and food stations, with specialty cocktails and a full bar. He accommodated our special requests and last minute changes and was easy to work with, friendly and agile. Our event was a big hit and guests were very pleased with the food and drink. We look forward to future collaborations with Chef Chris and NY Catering Service!
