I had excellent service with Jenny at Northtown Subaru. I did not have the same experience at Northtown Mazda. Jenny was accommodating, showed me what I was looking for, and never once hassled me about financing or how I was paying or what my monthly payment could be. She was the absolute opposite of the "typical" car sales person. She was relaxed and very kind. I appreciated her dedication to finding the car for me that suits my needs. That's what it's about. She was thorough, no bs fees or nonsense to haggle with. She's sold 2 Subarus to my family and I'll continue to recommend her to friends and family.
