Tried to get a job there with submitted resume was told I was not skilled enough to work for them. I have 2 graduate degrees, manager of 2 different real estate offices, worked for a production builder. For New Home Start my qualifications were not up to date. Basically was told I was too oldReport

I am super blessed to have made the decision Not to work for this company. After interviewing with the sales manager, I just knew something was off... fast forward two years later, that sales manager is no longer affiliated with the builder I was interested in selling homes for, and they have an entire new sales team in place. All of the builder's employees said that they are much better off not having New Home Star as a "partner" with their sales operations. The company created more division and more friction with the builder than they advertise. From someone who has been in the home building industry 10+ years: this New Home Star company seems to be doing more hurt with the builder's sales teams. If you are a home builder who is interested in utilizing this company's services, you are much better off keeping your sales team in-house.Report

a friend of mine used to work for this company, and they treated her like a number at the bottom of the barrel - and the stories she told me about how her direct manager talked to her and treated her is absolutely disgusting - the company was fired by the home builder she sold homes for, and they did nothing to help her sales team find more work, left on the side of the road like an abandoned puppy... do not work for this company and go find employment elsewhereReport
