History
Established in 2004.

Our story begins in 2004. Ryan & Andrea Eldridge had moved from Orange County to Redding, CA. One day Andrea's mother called, her computer wasn't working; A virus was wreaking havoc on her computer. After Ryan cleaned up her problem, she said, "Someone ought to start a company that sends people to your home to do this sort of thing!" If mom needs this service, there must be other moms out there in need of a house call. Within a few days Ryan was working from 7am to midnight everyday; Andrea had a phone attached to her ear so often, they were kind of afraid the radiation would turn her into a comic book villain. Within a few months, their first office on Market Street in Redding was opened. By the time Nerds On Call reached its 6th year anniversary, they had opened stores all over California, in Oregon, and Washington. They developed a unique remote service department to help customers after their service with questions, problems, and tutoring on how to best use their electronics.
