My Kids' Dentist

These people are PHENOMENAL. I had to reschedule three times due to different circumstances each time (the first time I scheduled it the wrong day, the next time the kids were sick, and the last time we were going through an insurance transition). They called this last time to confirm the appointment and I said that I wanted to ensure they were covered by AHCCCS first, and I'd call back. The wonderful lady I spoke with went out of her way to check my insurance and found it was the only insurance option under AHCCCS that they don't accept. She let me know how much it would be for each of them and even offered a 20% new customer discount, but I unfortunately had to cancel the appointment.

She went even further above and beyond by letting me know what their insurance option was called and referring me to other dentists in the area that accept it.

I'll be first to say that I was extremely difficult to deal with in terms of needing to reschedule several times and ultimately needing to cancel... but the staff at My Kids' Dentist went ABOVE AND BEYOND to provide me all of the help I needed. I can't thank them enough for their willingness to help and if my kids ever change insurance, I know where I'm taking them!

We absolutely love Dr. Brown and his staff! We have never had to wait for more than a few minutes to be seen, everyone is kind, and they are always very professional. My son has Down Syndrome and deals with major oral sensory issues. He doesn't like people to touch his mouth at all. Today, as with every time we visit, Dr. Brown was so patient even while my son was yelling and trying to get out of the chair. Dr. Brown calmly talked to him and asked him questions and made him laugh. Whenever Dr. Brown does this eventually my son calms down and Dr. Brown is able care for my son. My daughters love him as well and his assistants and always enjoy coming. I would highly recommend Dr. Brown, he is wonderful.

Dr Brown pulled the wrong tooth during a procedure with my partner's child, then insisted they misunderstood him when the mistake was brought to his attention.

We are unable to confirm the details of this alleged situation due to an appropriate lack of patient information on Google. Please know that our standard protocol to avoid miscommunication is to review a detailed treatment plan for every procedure on every child, which includes a personal conversation with Dr. Brown, then a parent signature. If your partner would like to discuss further with Dr. Brown please give our office a call.

Dr. Brown looks out for what is in the best interest of our girls. He always give us our options and suggest the best treatment but never makes us feel forced to make a decision, one way or another. He lets us decide what is best and then supports us. Our youngest has had extensive treatments and was scared and not reacting like any of us expected. Dr. Brown stopped immediately and we reschedule and came back later with a new plan. He would rather take care of our daughter than get the work done or make money. That is not what it about! In the end the dental work was completed and our daughter still loves going back to see Dr. Brown! Thank you Dr. Brown for you patience and kindness!

My Kids Dentist is our families go to Pediatric Dentist in the Tri-City Area! Dr. Brown goes the EXTRA mile and really CARES about our girls. He has personally called and followed up with us and even taken time after hours when we had an emergency! The staff knows our 4 daughter by name and are always so excited to see us! Thanks to the whole My Kids Staff forever thing! We love you!

Had a wonderful experience this morning at My Kids Dentist. The staff and building we're amazing. No issues. My son actually loved it as well. He got a cool water bottle for being a new patient and all kids of cool stuff to help him brush and keep up the hygiene. Hands down best dentist for kids I've ever been to.
