Mr. Roof Louisville

This is the second time using Mr. Roof for a full replacement (two different houses). Although the both experiences were exceptional, this one was complicated by COVID. Had it not been for Evan Miller, we would still be struggling to fix our roof. We had storm damage in May 2020. The adjuster who came out was from another state and completely unfamiliar with Kentucky Insurance Code. Evan Miller inspected the roof and explained what the Kentucky Insurance Code stipulates. Had it not been for Evan’s knowledge, we would never been able to navigate the months long battle to get our insurance claim back on track. Evan really went out of his way to take care of us. When the full roof replacement was done, the crew was exceptional as well. They were on time, professional, and very skilled. They dealt with snow and freezing temperatures for all three days they were here. Evan had already double checked the minimum temperature the roofing materials required for proper installation. I am greatly impressed by their professionalism and quality of the work. Of course, Evan stopped by to make sure we are happy with our new roof.

Tues. Feb.9 inspection of my roof was done by Evan Miller. After showing pictures and explaining his findings, he presented 2 installations with examples of materials used in each. His presentation was easily understood and very professional. Estimates for each were considered and one was accepted. Evan was very courteous and knowledgeable, represented Mr.Roof very well.

New problems.
After a year the roof had serious issues. And a repair was started but never finished. The company (although highly reviewed) has been unprofessional and sub par.
Six areas of the roof needed repair and 5 were completed over 2 days. They never returned to fix the last area.

A two day job took a week. Did not start the job until 5 weeks after the 50% deposit was paid. Ryan Chavez was a poor project manager, never on site and did not answer calls. He was the only bilingual in the crew, all others spoke Spanish. A lot of the roof had to be redone because of poor workmanship and language barrier. The cable line was cut and they wasted materials. I would say to anyone who needs their roof replaced stay away from Mr. Roof.

Hi Elizabeth, I just wanted to let you know we got your message and we are looking into this situation for you.

Joey Herron and Edgar did a very good job. They inspected our roof, repaired siding and and replaced venting screens on both sides of the house. They were very courteous, efficient and answered all our questions. We have used Mr. Roof in the past as well, have been very satisfied and would use them again in the future.

Mr. Roof pretty much made a do-over for the entire exterior of my house -- new roof, new windows, new siding, gutters, and attic insulation. A team of people swarmed my house to get the work done quickly, efficiently, cleanly, and professionally, That was years ago and I still remember it like yesterday. And let me tell you --- the follow up was pretty good too. I've had to have 2 call backs to check on things. The first "thing" wasn't a thing, but the second needed to be repaired. The team headed by Edgar didn't bat an eye that it needed to be done. The local Mr. Roof group is my one and only referral for this type of work.
