Do not buy a vehicle from Alan Reichard, I went to purchase a handicapped van for my business. Me and my mom went and picked out a van we liked for 36,851.72 cents for business purposes only. In the process of the paperwork he kept insisting he had a van at wholesale price, which we didn’t want, he switched the paperwork and the van and sold me a salvaged structurally damaged vehicle and intentionally tried to kill everyone I transported including me all for the likes of money. He is insisting that I take another van, I do not want anything from him but my money back. I tried to be fair but I don’t trust him or anyone at the location. This needs to be fixed ASAP. I I do not want the van he is trying to give me. In Cahoots with FR Conversions. He made y’all look really bad. Going live with this oneReportRe: Do not buy a vehicle from ... These guys are great. Had a great experience working with Meghan. Rented a wheelchair accessible van and were met by Meghan at the airport. Van was almost new and worked great and we got a great price. Would definitely use them again.Report

This is our first time using them for service work. Definitely would not use them in the future. We had three concerns that we wanted them to address today and they did not address any of them. Played stupid saying they had no idea what we were asking them to fix. the service manager that I spoke to on the phone was very negative and spoke to me in a very rude manner. We were quoted One price for them to do an oil change for the first time on the brand new van. Then when it was time to pay the oil change price was double what we were quoted. They knew prior to the service appointment that we were very concerned about cost due to the fact that we are on a very fixed income. We have taken on the responsibility of raising my sister's disabled daughter due to her death. This required me to stop working and lose one income in our household. they tried to charge us for things that we didn't even ask them to do. We will not be using them in the future. WOW isn't it amazing what a review will do. In less than 24 hours I got an apology phone call for the way we were treated and a refund.ReportRe: This is our first time us ...
