We had an amazing car shopping and purchasing experience with MAG. Their inventory and competitive pricing cannot be beat. Our new car wildly exceeds expectations. Our sales associate, Kevin Mojzer, was really great to work with. Personable, friendly, and honest. I highly recommend MAG and Kevin, and will work with him on future purchases.

I've been coming to this Service Center for many years and received service for several different vehicles. First it was Volkswagen- Passat and a Jetta, now it is BMW 530 and 540 - I have always received good service! In the past several years, until December 2021-
So on one of my BMV, my side passage mirror was crack - Ahmad El Traboulsi has mostly been my Service Consultant. His exceptional care and attention to my needs, is what keeps me coming back to BMW Service. Well not anymore because of the parts Mgr.
He look at it and told me what I need- I went to the parts department and order it and paid, this was on Saturday 12/4/21. Monday I get a call from parts mgr. Jeff and was told that I needed to pay more for the parts, because the quote was the wrong one he stated that it was the new guy, and I have to pay the different it was maybe 4o dollars extra REALLY- I have two BMW for about $50,000 and have been taken both cars there for service and maintenance, and MAG could not pick up the different, . This is the worst service, I have cancelled and would get full refund-And now I will take the MAG tags off which gave them free advertisement on both cars, and now I have to Go to Kelly BMW- with both vehicles.

The Volvo department is very hard working. Was showed cars way out of my price range but Josh is very intelligent and knows his stuff! Josh is a great salesman!

I bought a 2021 VW Tiguan last week and am very happy with the car as well as with my experience at MAG Volkswagen. It was refreshing compared to other dealerships I've been to in the past. Kevin Mojzer was my sales consultant and was patient, helpful, and not at all pushy. I'd definitely recommend MAG if looking for a VW in the Columbus area.
