MetroCenter Mobility

Our first visit to Nashville could have never happened with out the Great customer service I received from Mobility City Scooter.
I had unexpectedly fell and broke my ankle a few months prior to this visit.
Once I explained my situation Simon said we can take care of you.
Simon had my scooter dropped off and picked up at our hotel.
I was able to enjoy all of the sights with my family.
I Highly recommend using this family friendly company.

Simon and Debra are amazing! They give the best customer service I’ve seen. They delivered a lift chair and wheel chair on a Sunday evening and set everything up for us. They made it possible for our mom to join us on vacation and have all the comforts of home. If you need any mobility needs while in Nashvillle I highly recommend them! I can’t stress how friendly and accommodating they are ????

Thank you Kristy. You were one of those clients whose kindness and selflessness inspires us all to be better people. You purchased an essential piece of equipment for your best friend, as a surprise, and it changed her life - and ours. It was a privilege to be part of that moment.

Was on vacation in Nashville and fell and hurt my ankle. Called another company to rent a knee scooter and they were less than helpful. Called Mobility City and they were immediately so very nice and accommodating!! They went above and beyond. If you need any medical supplies, this is the ONLY place to look. They saved my vacation with a knee scooter.
You can’t beat superior customer service!!

The best! To say this company provides great customer service is an understatement. Simon went above and beyond when I had to rent a motorized wheelchair from Mobility City of Nashville. When the first chair didn’t fit me properly, he came back the next day - on a Sunday, when the store isn’t even open - and gave me a different chair at no extra charge. He also assisted me with various handicapped needs around my house and followed up with me multiple times to ensure my wheelchair needs were met as well as to check on my health. Not only did I find a phenomenal company, I made a friend for life. Thank you, Simon!
