Completely agree with the other reviews. The staff and management were awful. The masseuse did a good job but the front desk staff was rude and uninterested in helping out. Just account for a 40 min massage when you pay for an hour!

Had a massage this past Friday night. It was the worst massage I have ever had! I am a licensed chiropractor so I know! The therapist's hands were coarse. That's when she was using her hands. She used her forearms which is ok but not for the upper trapezius area which was my area of complaint. I was in bad shape when I got there. I couldn't turn my head to the left. I felt more tense after the massage. When I left the girls at the front asked how my massage was and I said just ok. No follow up from them like oh no, why, what was wrong, nothing. I haven't been to this place in years because my last experience was bad but I believe in second chances. Unfortunately, you have failed me again.
