Steer clear of this dude. He and another smirking Pru-Fox realtor-- Lou Solomon-- teamed up with a convicted pedophile mortgage broker to stick me with the broker's house over a leaking underground oil tank. These three "Real Estate Professionals" thought it was a laugh riot. They point to me as proof that they're so slick and so smart they can unload even a toxic-waste dump. You want some real laughs? Virginia won't trust him to be around little boys, but you're going to trust him with everything that goes into buying or selling a home? Don't!
