Steer clear of this dude. He and another smirking Pru-Fox realtor-- Lou Solomon-- teamed up with a convicted pedophile mortgage broker to stick me with the broker's house over a leaking underground oil tank. These three "Real Estate Professionals" thought it was a laugh riot. They point to me as proof that they're so slick and so smart they can unload even a toxic-waste dump. You want some real laughs? Well, if so then read stories about Mr. Arbeit running amok among little schoolboys in The Washington Post archives for June 20, 25 and 26, 1987. Virginia won't trust him to be around little boys, but you're going to trust him with everything that goes into buying or selling a home? Don't! Oh, yeah-- when I asked him after closing just to get me the list of prospective buyers who had been through my place, he told me that NO realtor ever keeps track of who goes through his or her listings! Believe that? If so, then you're a bigger fool then I was. Listen-- stay away from this guy. He is bad news!Report

The title to this blurb really says it all. This guy is arrogant, twisted, ruthless, and dishonest. Whether buying or selling, avoid at all cost!Report

This gentleman should not be trusted. He kept from me and my wife information on a leaking underground oil tank beneath a house that one of his colleagues had been trying to dump for months. Don't take my word for lack of trustworthiness, though; check out stories on him in The Washington Post archives for June 20, 25 and 26, 1987. Now, if Virginia won't trust him to be in its schools, then why would you trust him with the sale or purchase of a home?Report
