I want to say that I am not pleased about my experience. I simply came in for an oil change. My appointment was at 9:00 am and it is currently 4:00 pm. I have waited here all day at this dealership for an oil change. I understand that it may be busy at times so it may take longer than expected, however, it is not okay to not let me know how long it is going to take and keep me in the dark. I did not have to wait at the dealership for 7 hours! Next time, please let me know and future customers how long something is going to take or else you are going to have unsatisfied customers who are not going to want to come to your dealership.Report
It took a 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and like 10 minutes longer to get helped. there was no line.Report
Be careful buying used car at Lithia nissan Fresno bought a 100,000 mile Dodge Grand Caravan first day using it got a check engine light on and it took me 4-5 days before they help me. then went to oil change my car at different dealership and found out a lot of problems… metal shavings in engine oil, broken oil filter,front motor mount is broken, weather and bubbling in tires,shocks are bad has a lot of safety issues that they did not correct before selling the car. In other word they don't check the car technicians or dealership are not serious to check used car so it's like it just came out from pick n pull.Report

I went to purchase a Nissan Altima, the car wasn't to bad but it had some damages and needed a alignment.. when I first went in I was greeted kindly. After a test drive I wanted to talk about numbers and boy did I feel them just trying to take my money. Literally trying to sell me a beat up car with a 20k price tag and can't fix a rusted dent in the quarter panel but they give me a number to call to fix it myself….. and won't even lower the price. Not to mention when I went to check the fluids and oil. They had it running on no fluids and low oil for months now from how long they told me they had it in inventory. When I was trying to think about my decision for a moment, they basically said now or never. And also they were very disrespectful when I was trying to get my I.D back. They are acting kind towards you only when they think your going to pay out… maybe it was the management or maybe they thought they could make a quick buck.Report
