Didn't expect to buy a car. Went in for my prize from a Mail ad. Got a great appraisal in my trade in and found the most gorgeous car! Everyone was so helpful. Absolutely the best car buying experience I ever had. Eric M and Fast Frankie! The BEST! Oh yes and KT was no "fuddy duddy"! He financed so quickly and efficiently!

WORST SERVICE EVER! To start I had taken in for an oil change and the next day my husband checked the truck because they had not attached a sticker for the next oil change. The oil was still dirty so it was obvious they hadn't changed the oil. I went back today for a spare key and they gave me a price that I had agreed to pay. After that, they charged me more because I had to pay for a module-wireless ignition node. I paid almost 700 dollars. They had told me I had to change that so both keys would work. Turns out they changed it for only ONE key. When I called there was no answer and when I went back the service was absolutely unacceptable. The guy that had attended me had a rude attitude and he seemed annoyed to help me out. On top of all that he was all up in my personal area "showing" me what I had paid for. This was a super uncomfortable and bad experience for me He said there was nothing to do and sent me back home without helping do anything. I would not recommend anyone to come to this dealership. I don't want to be rude so to respect his privacy I won't state his name. I'm still waiting for his call back...

Do not trust the Larry Miller service department with your vehicle. I took my 2021 Dodge Challenger in for its very first service at 5000 miles and they caused significant damaged to the front drivers side of my car at some point during the service. This was my very first time taking my car to a shop and I trusted them since I bought the car from the same dealership. They didn't document a walk-around when receiving my car through the service department for an oil change and have denied any responsibility for the damage. I have spoken to the service manager, Judd, on several occasions and he has been very unprofessional in how he has handled the situation. Initially, they offered to "fix" my car when I first reported the damage before driving it off the lot but I did not feel comfortable leaving my car in their possession after the incident. Judd told me I was acting "sketchy", called me a liar and told me he assumed I was taking responsibility for the damage when I removed my car from the shop. I will not be doing any future business with this dealership.
