One call, that's all! When my father passed away, I had no idea what to do. I called Larkin Mortuary and they took care of everything, so when my mother passed away, I called Larkin. I knew they would take care of everything. They guided me through the process and helped every step of the way. They are very professional and do great with both humor and reverence for the situation. Brook made it such a positive experience. Thank you Larkin for all your help and guidance through the process. I love Larkin!

I was extremely pleased with Larkin's services when my husband passed. They were so professional and kind as well as efficient in every way. They had everything set up and ready at the church before and after the funeral and transportation to the grave site We had our burial plots at Larkin and they managed every aspect of the burial so well. It was a very cold day and they provided comfort for us as well. We had another death in the family 4 years earlier and used another company and their services did not compare to Larkin.

I live over an hour away and had made a visit to the cemetery for my sons birthday. I wanted to make sure his flowers stayed on his grave for the entire week. I called and got a less than polite person and asked her to make sure the grave decorations were not removed. I called the day after I put the flowers on which was a Monday and the lady was very nice and said she would make note of it. When I called again and got the first lady I talked with, she acted like it’s a huge effort to check on it. She was short, rude and condescending.
I have had many problems with this cemetery. The old part of the cemetery with the flat head stone’s always looks horrible . Grass all over headstones, that’s been there for months. Over crowded bunched up sites. It looks like some graves are actually touching others. Promise’s not kept. His headstone has black tractor tire tracks on it. They just don’t care. I wish I could have been up where the upright headstones are. They get to leave flowers on the graves longer. My decorations disappear within sometimes a day. I wonder if there in their flower shop? I would never recommend this place to my friends or family.

We bought an expensive headstone that when we brought it in it didn’t meet “Guidelines”. This cemetery acts superior to other places and it just feels like a rich snobby place. If anyone reads this, just know that you’ll probably have a poor experience.

Everyone that assisted us at Larkin Sunset Gardens were very friendly and kind. They showed great consideration and respect for all the family members and for our loved one as they prepared him for his burial. Everything was explained in detail, so we had no questions. I especially liked the aftercare benefit. Kirsten was so kind and went over everything we needed to know and do following the funeral. She brought up many things that we hadn't thought of, and offered continual assistance as needed. Great job!

Times like these are never easy but Larkin Sunset Gardens helped my sister and I tremendously throughout. From Tom the director, Rob on the plot planning, Elizabeth with the programs to Carol with the aftercare. It was very easy and such a relief that in our time of need everyone did such a great job helping us say farewell to our father in such a great way down to the smallest details.

Our family has been a long-term client of Larkin both the sunset garden location and the highland drive location. They have always gone above and beyond when it comes to details and fixing even a mistake that we made. Brooke was a delight to work with and made everything easy and convenient for us. The flower shop did a fantastic job on everything that was ordered. The casket spray was beautiful. I would recommend Larkin to anyone with confidence that they would have the best experience. The aftercare program was very helpful and informative as well, something that I didn't expect them to offer.
