Lancaster Handcraft is in a word, perfect. They offer custom services and went the extra mile for us, venturing into a modern-looking Murphy Bed unlike anything they ever do that is beautifully constructed and finished. Delivery and installation were on time. They are highly recommended.

The team at Lancaster Handcraft did an incredible job helping to design and build a custom Murphy bed and book shelf for our guest room that we converted to a home office. We live in Raleigh, NC and the items were safely packaged and shipped to us. I was really impressed by the craftsmanship of the unit which is why after a great deal of research I selected them. Andrew helped walk me through the installation (which I did myself) and answered all of my questions. We love the finished product!

I need to say, everyday we are very thankful that we choose Lancaster Handcraft for our bedroom suite. This suite of Murphy Bed and two side cabinets has proven to be so good for our apartment and life style. The options available in the side cabinet design and options on height and depth of all the cabinets was amazing. Thank you, Jonathan Cassidy

We recently ordered 2 Murphy beds and associated middle pieces from Lancaster. The entire experience was outstanding from the design and planning through the execution and installation they did an absolutely fantastic job.

All of the work is very professional and the materials used are of the highest caliber. The communication through out as well as the timeliness of responses to inquiries was also 5 stars.

I look forward to ordering more cabinetry from them as we proceed in our renovation plans

We stopped in without an appointment and owner came to meet us. He was super helpful in helping us plan our project. Waiting to see pricing, but definitely a good first impression and beautiful products!

We couldn't be more pleased with our new Murphy bed! Andrew, the office staff, and the installer were all wonderful folks: very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.The ordering process was easy. In addition, they worked with us to make our bookshelf a corner piece so the fit would be better for our room space. The workmanship is top notch. We will not hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone interested in this beautiful, space saving bed.

Thanks Cindi. I really like how you came up with the idea for the corner cabinet to flank your bed.

Lancaster Handcraft built, delivered and installed a beautiful horizontal Murphy bed + desk in our small Manhattan apartment, and we couldn't be happier. The quality of the materials and the workmanship, and the efficiency of the delivery and installation were all we could have asked for. We were so pleased that we plan to have LH build some shelving around the bed next. Highly recommend.
