I would give them zero stars if it would let me. If you plan on buying a car from here plan on having a garage that can fix your vehicle. I finally got mine (2019 Jeep) back one day short of 3 weeks all they did was test and charge my battery ( a normal battery test and charge that should only take less than a hour, this fact I know because I worked in an automobile department for over 10 years and tested batteries regularly ). Second time in six months that I needed it towed and it was the battery both times, but there is nothing wrong with the vehicle.ReportRe: I would give them zero st ... We are happy to go over this again with you in terms of the tests that we did, etc. The battery test and recharge is in fact a pretty quick repair. We kept the vehicle for a few days to attempt to duplicate your concern regarding a no-start situation. We were unable to duplicate that in the time that the vehicle was here. The vehicle started fine and the battery tested fine. The vehicle was here for just over a week. Please feel free to contact us if you wish to discuss this further.
