Didn't show up for floor cleaning of our travertine tile throught our large home! The owner Mike came out and quoted me a price and we had a good meeting. Then the guy who does the work, Darrick, came to the house and looked at the job, said the quote Mike gave me was "Very fair," and we set a date. Oddly he badmouthed Mike and said he was the one really working the business. Didn't even call to say they weren't coming and when I called Darrick dodged the call, I called Mike at hour later and after checking with Darrick he said they didn't like the price they "QUOTED ME." Meanwhile my husband and I prepared the entire house, moved all the breakables and worked for 2 days to get ready for them. Stay away!
