Ken is a very knowledgeable real estate broker. He listened to me and showed me exactly the home I was looking for. He is friendly and always returns my calls promptly. I would recommend him to family and friends. 5 star broker all the way!!!!

As a first-time homebuyer, I was unsure what to expect about the process. I was very fortunate to have Ken as my realtor. He was very responsive, patient, and helped lessen the stress I was feeling during the process. He took the initiative and worked very well with my loan officer, making the escrow process relatively easy. When I had questions, Ken took the time to explain and answer them. He was easy to communicate with and very flexible with his schedule. Ken was also able to find us listings with many of the features we were looking for in a home. He seemed to work tirelessly to help me through the process. It was a pleasure to work with him. I would definitely work with him again in the future if I am in the market to purchase another home.

Ken was our realtor for our first home. He’s a great guy and really helped us understand the LA real estate market. He’s also super knowledgeable about the financing market.
