I recently spoke with an attorney from KaplunMarx and even though i was in a state he wasn't licensed to represent me. He still gave me very useful information that I didn't know before which really put me at ease and boosted my confidence a little. He even went as far as to Link me to one of his colleagues in the state I reside to hopefully represent me in this teadiuos battle with sedgwick inc. which iny opinion is the evil empire. I was referred to KaplanMarx, specifically Mr. Kaplan in 2014 after an auto accident that resulted in some injuries. This was the 1st time I needed legal consultation and didn't quite know what to expect. From the first meeting, Mr. Kaplan discussed the process and explained what it would entail and what was to be expected. He was honest, professional and responsive throughout the entire process. I will recommend everyone to the kaplunMarx firm. Now, I know while the accident therapist i went to for treatment kept telling me.... Ted is great! This is my first accident or let say, case/lawsuit in general. But I had family who doesn’t speak English and I have to call their lawyers. Anytime I called, it was some secretary, voicemail and only return calls when the time was right for them. Having Ted as my lawyer, I thought I have a lawyer “boyfriend” for a minute????. I am trying to get a home for my kids. I will text Ted anytime my emotion led me. He will respond like, wow! I mean the COMMINiCATION is excellent???? I am going back and forth with text messaging with my lawyer like it is some email or something. Ted, your team is the BEST!! Now, I got more than what I expected. Happy that God/Vick connected us.
