I bought a vehicle 4 years ago and purchased GAP on the vehicle. I sold my vehicle November 3rd and been trying to reach someone regarding it. I was told Melody who has a flexible schedule will contact me and she never did. I was given the run around every time I called weekly. I spoke to someone on 12/14/21 who was suppose to get back to me, I called again on 12/15/21 and was told that person is not working and was transferred to someone who hung up on me. I called back and now that person a minute later is not available.This place handles situations very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend buying a vehicle from here because they can't even return a phone call or do they act professional answering the phone.Report
