I wouldn't recommend these guys:Report
1. They left us hanging and could not confirm the time the day before only for them to call us around 6:00am on Saturday morning telling us they were on their way over whilst we were in Durban.
2. They didn't finish packing, my husband had to pick up some stuff the next day.
3. They disambled my son's bed and then "lost" the screws so that they could evade assembling it as they didn't know how to - as the bed is "too complicated" for them.
4. Some of our crockery has chipped.
5. One of my champagne flute glasses (6th) has gone missing perhaps it broke when they asked me to go buy them something to eat ???????????.
6. One of the guys borrowed my flat screw driver and didn't return it.
7. Could not clearly label the boxes they packed. Creating a mess for us as we had no idea where these boxes were supposed to go to (which rooms).
8. The lady who does their bookings Caroline is a pain to pin down. You have to chase her to finalise her work (quotes).

I am disappointed with my mini move to Johannesburg, the delivery date was moved from 2 days to 9 days later but after payment is made in full and during collection so that you don't have any option but to proceed. A few of the large items are damaged beyond repair and a part of my vacuum cleaner is missing. The company response / attitude to looking for the missing item is not great. I would not use them again.Report

Brilliant! I enquired on the Wednesday afternoon for a move that Saturday. Chantell was very helpful and accommodating. The moving team arrived on time, and quickly packed everything in the truck with great care and respect for our property. They were also very patient and understanding at the new house, as we got a bit lost on the way. The unloaded everything to all the correct rooms, and absolutely nothing was damaged. They even reassembled our couch without me even asking. Thanks to the whole team for making the move fast and smooth. Highly recommended!Report

BE VERY CAREFUL OF THESE PEOPLE THEY DONT EVEN OWN ONE TRUCK THEY OVERCHARGE YOU AND GIVE THE JOB TO THE CHEAPEST CONTRACTER THEY CAN FIND THESE FLY BY NIGHT DONT HAVE DECANT VEHICLES AND PICK WORKER UP ON THE ROAD THAT STEAL YOUR STUFF AND HAVE A GOOD LOOK AT YOUR HOUSE SO THEY CAN COME BACK TO ROB YOU LATER .BECAUSE THEY DONT DO THE JOB THEM SELF THEY ARE NOT LIABLE AND BECAUSE THE GUY WHO DO THE JOB IS NOT PAID BY YOU HE IS NOT LIABLE AND MOST TIMES NOT TRACEABLE THEY WRITE THERE OWN REVIEWSReport
