Terrible experience Mike great salesman, who does financing not so much im self employed flooring installer tried to buy a used truck, was told $4000 down and 1099/W-2 was not enough proof of income i needed employers cancelled checks to me to backup my proof . A few months ago, I sent an inquiry about financing a vehicle. After receiving a few emails from them, I decided I wasn't going to go with their dealership, and then unsubscribed from their mailing list. They then continued sending emails, and I have unsubscribed a number of times with no success. I then used their online contact form to let them know this was happening, and that I needed them to remove my contact information from their database because further emails would be reported to the FTC for anti-spam laws. I stepped away from my phone and computer, and came back about 10 min later to my phone ringing. One of their salespeople was calling because he believed I had contacted them about information about a vehicle. He had not been passed along the content of my message. I informed him of the contents, and that I would not be purchasing a vehicle here because they didn't remove me the multiple times I asked, and he said he would do so. I then hung up the phone and found a voicemail. My filling out the contact form had apparently triggered more than one phone call from salespeople asking if I needed more information about a vehicle.Report

Absolutely an AWFUL experience. I called about a car I wanted to look at and was told to come on down! Got there and the car wasn't there. Bait and switch. A 4Kk bill turned into a 13K bill even though I was VERY clear about my budget and the price I was willing and able to pay monthly. The sales associate said to me in reference to the car I was interested in "we want to do something FOR you, rather than TO you.
