They have the good old boy attitude. I was with them for 38 years. Paid them over $21,000 in home owner insurance. A huge wind came and we started having leaking issues. He brought his toy, a drone to take pics. We recieved our dear john letter that nothing was wrong with our roof. I canceled our home owners and their agent called to bully me . Then he charged me for half a month with a late fee of course. Took lots of talking to get that removed. People please think twice before you go there for insurance. Good money for no service!

They are there and easy to talk to on the phone as well as in the office. I made a crazy mistake writing my check, and they couldn't use it for my payment. No problem, no threat of canceling my account, but I was call ed and allowed to pay by phone. Later I went to the office that day and Christy showed my mistake and i made another payment to get all caught up. I had a good laugh over my mistake.
