Janae Luxe Studio is a Pilates based fitness studio where we not only work on our bodies, but our minds, our souls as well as our tummies! Our goal is to regularly host healthy food classes that give you the tools to change your eating habits from FAD to REAL FOOD! And besides Pilates there are Fitness “get togethers†where we experiment with different types of exericse to KEEP YOU MOVING!
We want to create a studio experience that feels comfortable and inviting to ALL! Where you can be inspired and guided to get in shape, change/improve your diet, and make new friends while doing it! Oh and wine! Why? Because we love wine.
In each PRIVATE Pilates session, you will be one on one with your instructor. Initially your instructor will evaluate your ability, your strengths, your weaknesses, and make a game plan for your future Pilates sessions. Throughout your future sessions you will progress, as your body becomes stronger, to more difficult and challenging exercises, but only when you are physically able to progress. The private time you have with your instructor enables you to get the most coaching for optimal results. We also offer Small Group Pilates Training , no more than 4 people per class. Monthly cooking classes and wine pairings are also what we do.
