Don’t use Called my insurance company for road side assistance and they told me jack rabbit would be out in about an hour. 1 and a half hours later I never heard from them called the number I was given and even insurance company tried to call them with no answer. So needless to say worst company ever and they never show up for any job. Had it happen twice.

Terrible Company This is a terrible company to do business with. I requested roadside assistance and they changed the ETA on me over 10 times. I finally called the office and requested to speak with a manager. They failed to allow me to speak with a manager but stated the technician was having automobile issues and will arrive in 25 minutes. They never showed up and I had to order a Uber after sitting in the sun for hours waiting on this company. The technician finally called and said he was on his way after I was already in the Uber. This company never had the decency to tell me that they were unable to accommodate me. I am totally unsatisfied with this company and would not recommend them to anyone in need.

Horrible service. They do not come as promised. They do not call or provide any follow up. I will never use them again. Next time I will ask what company roadside assistance is sending and if the say Jack rabbit, I will tell them to dispatch another company.

Our state has been under 12+ inches of snow for over a week. My car was completely covered, and my battery was dead for over a week as well. (I waited until the thaw to call for assistance, as I was not stranded nor in danger. One week and one day later Jackrabbit jumped into my life to help. Kudos to "D" the driver/ worker from Cabot via Georgia! Kudos!!! That young man had been working over 24+ hours when he graciously and joyfully assisted me. What a polite, genteel, respectful young man "D" was at 830 p.m

I called for road side service and waited for a full hour for Jack Rabbit to show up. The driver showed up in a pickup but did not even have any basic tools to lower my spare tire. You would think being in the roadside assistance business they would at least have a basic tool set. What a waste of time. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very disappointed.
