IHOP

Me and my boyfriend waited for like 20 minutes for just 2 sweet teas, then they brought out my chicken burnt to the point where it was almost inedible.

This was the worst experience I've ever had in commerce at a restaurant or an IHOP. My family came in to dine one evening. After being Sat, the restaurant was pretty empty maybe like 4 other tables including us, we were given a menu and told a server would be right over.
There were 4 people working the main floor including management. We sat for 10 minutes before anyone took a drink order. Then she never came back with the drinks, ever.
We sat maybe 20 more minutes with no service, no drinks and we left. I won't be surprised if this place doesn't make it. When we left no one said a word.
I did notice while sitting there 2 of the servers were just talking near the kitchen door and goofing off, while customers are waiting...it was rude. And professionally unacceptable.

Called in a pick-up order for the plant based power breakfast and a Ham biscuit. Husband went to pick up and order was nearly 30$. I called and asked why..server gave me no price before I hung up..and was told since we don't do biscuit every item was a separate charge costing nearly 12$ for a biscuit with ham..came with cheese which didn't order. My pancakes tasted sour- not the first time- and my order was incomplete..no fruit side. On another occasion the berries for the pancakes were still frozen. While hubs waited for his 12$ biscuit customers were actually walking out because no one was there to even greet them. Yes they offered another meal..but sour pancakes and a poorly executed restaurant isn't enough to get me to return. I'll go to cracker barrel where the service is good..food is good and I've never had sour pancakes..that's just gross..it's a miss for me. I know we have a small town but that shouldn't affect the quality of the food or service.

I had a great experience eating breakfast with my boyfriend. Everytime we go the service is great. Today we had then pleasure of Stephanie being our server she was extremely kind and attentive. It's a really nice environment highly recommend eating there.

The food was average and our waitress was very patient when my husband order wasn't right. The manager was also very nice
