Arrived late on my check in night. Staff was unable to locate my reservation. Initially, my room was unavailable. After about 30 mins they were able to check me into a room. I wish this was the worst of it.

Arrived in the room to find only two towel sets. The bathroom was not cleaned well. There was urine on the back of the toilet. Sheets were dingy.

After staying in Hotel Indigo Madison for work and some others in other cities, my expectations for this hotel experience were high. I - unfortunately - have had my expectations shattered by this stay in College Park. This hotel is poorly staffed. The amenities are dubious at best. I would not recommend anyone stay here. Avoid at all costs.

property meets expectations, not sure I would be away from the hotel on foot at night.

we chose this hotel when we missed our connecting flight in Atlanta. Enjoyed the friendly staff and the available shuttle to nearby restaurants. The "late" checkout at noon was a plus- one less hour waiting in the airport for our next flight.

Generally, when I'm in Alanta, I only need a hotel that's modern, clean, and convenient to the airport. This property hits all the marks for me.
The hotel's free airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes, like clockwork. The shuttle ride to the hotel is less than 10 minutes. Or you can catch Marta in the airport and get off at College Park, the first stop. From there, it's a 2 min walk to the hotel. There's a strip of restaurants right there on Main St., all easy walking from the property.
My check-in was super smooth and quick. My room was spacious , clean and fresh. The furnishings were contemporary. The shower was comically large - it could easily fit 3 people, if you're into that kind of thing. Some of the furniture had a little minor wear, but the overall vibe was very comfortable.
My ATL peeps carry me around, so I didn't delve into the parking situation. Maybe there' s a charge to park...I dunno.
There is a restaurant onsite. No free breakfast.
Oh, if you are sensitive to noise, be aware. The flight path at the airport was viewable from my room, and believe me, there was a steady stream of jet action.

Not a lot around it, so arrive prepared. Food fridge empties quick on weekend. Once inside your room it's a lovely designed oasis while you await to fly out of town. Walkable to airport train if you're vehicle-less.

Can hear TV from adjacent rooms. Also, can hear everything going on in hallway. Police sirens all night long and early in the morning. Never had issue at other brands.

Management is very professional and very helpful. Nakita is a great person, love her personality..
