Comfortable room and great experience staff was niceReport
Had the usual high quality experience. Dining room was crowded at breakfast and staff had their work cut out for them. Breakfast was perfect for me.Report
Overall, it a comfortable place to rest. I wish they have hair dryer in the room that we don't have to call and make a request. The water in the bath tub not drain well but they said they will fixed it. The workers there is very friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast.Report
Updated rooms but the hotel is old and smells very foul. One would have a hard time relaxing in the pool, hot tub, lobby or at breakfast.Report
From the time did I arrived until the time that I left the hotel smelled amazingReport
No complaints about the cleanliness of the room or the staff. The parking lot is really dark and narrow, and is one-way in and out. There is a staircase at one end and an elevator at the other. If you have mobility issues and your room is on the front end, you'll have to go to the other end to take the elevator, then walk all the way back down the hall to your room. Breakfast was poorly planned - the hot food options were empty after about a half hour and there was no indication when they would be refilled. And there was only enough coffee left for one cup, so we had to share. Very disappointing altogether.Report
Terrible breakfast. Included should not mean it can be horrible. Poor communication with staff regarding room. Water leak. Water noise with repairs. Water shut off without notification. Door locks do not work properly and need to be updated, referring to ground level entry points.Report
Overall a great experience!!! I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!Report
