My teen daughters were also CAT CALLED BY CONSTRUCTION WORKERS!!!!! They were sitting in the lobby and cat calling my TEEN DAUGHTERS!!!!!!
I was in room 130. Stayed 3 nights. Night 1…. Woken up by kitchen staff around 4am. Banging pots and pans, laughing and talking loud, slamming drawers and pounding on what sounded like my headboard. Soccer players in the conference room around 7. Laughing, hooting and being loud. CLOSE THE DOOR! NExt morning.. kitchen staff loud again. Conference room filled with construction workers. Sounding mad and being loud! Again… CLOSE THE DOOR. Soccer guys running the halls all night being loud until 1am. Last morning. Little kid banging on my door thinking it's her door. Yelling…. It's 7am!!! 9am. I'm getting dressed and there was a knock at door AGAIN…… the MAID WALKED INTO MY ROOM AS IM GETTING DRESSED AND THEN BLAMES ME! Ohhh I'm sorry there was a do not disturb sign on my room the ENTIRE STAY. MAID BLAMED ME FOR HER WALKING IN BECAUSE I DIDNT ANSWER THE KNOCK AT 9am!!!!
We have been staying at this Holiday Inn for years when we come up to see family. This year we were not as happy as in the past. The room we received was average, yet they put us in a handicap room on the 2nd floor when rooms on the 1st floor were available. The price increased without any increase in value for our stay. I paid over $400 for three nights, yet had to pay an additional $30 fee upon arrival. The Continental breakfast was less than years before. The eggs were absolutely horrible, turkey sausage was nasty, and options were limited. Next year we will be staying elsewhere.Report
