Filed a Writ of Mandamus with Hacking Immigration Law. I got a wonderful consultation from Paul and filed. There was an issue with access to Eastern Pennsylvania court which my case needed, the team went to work and got access and filed my case in just a week!!Report
Lo and behold, WoM worked and in 28 days I got a response from USCIS, responded to initial RFE and got approved today!!

I wish there was more than 5 stars to rate this professional team of immigration attorneys. Just a few months ago I was completely hopeless if USCIS would ever approve our green card applications. After almost 4 years they were still saying that my background checks were not completed yet. I reached out to as many as senators and representatives but no outcome as expected. I was just lucky to find Jim and his team online. With writ of Mandamus everything started moving so quickly. We got the interview notices in just 2 weeks and then our green cards were approved in no time after interview. Many immigrants including myself are not aware of their rights and fear to take action.
