I had a water damage issue in my condo unit the impacted about 4 areas. Although I did water mitigation immediately and there was no visible mold, I wanted to verify (and certify) that the unit was "mold-free" as I plan to put it up for sale. The Golden State Mold site made it very easy to submit an appointment time request and they were quick to respond with a confirmation. Bret (the sole proprietor at Golden State Mold Inspections) was prompt and very efficient with taking his readings. He did his best to take readings that would cover as much area as possible (yet be sufficient), but because of the configuration of the areas impacted, he still had to take multiple readings, so he was kind enough to give me a little discount, as he charges per reading. Finally, his lab's turn-around time on the reports and certification (no mold - yay!) was super quick - 24 hours. All-in-all - a very painless process, and Bret was super nice.

Bret was fantastic, he was able to come down and inspect the property with a day's notice. Arrived on-time and they give me the report in time and offered their service at a fair price. Highly recommend them!
