Giants Towing

These guys were really great- came quickly, got my car to a dealership after hours and waited for me while setting up my rental car. Very pleasant staff as well.

very good! Giant Towing arrived in less than an hour, they loaded my bike fast and gave me a ride back home.

My battery died and I called this towing company for a few mile tow to my house. They were very polite and friendly. Highly recommend their great services.

24 hour towing doesn't include when I call

I called for a tow. They told me the driver would call me when he was on the way. And there would be a $50 charge if I cancel. I already thought the $350 charges to tow me 3 miles was outrageous but i felt I had no choice. I was able to get a tow for cheaper. So I called back to cancel 30 minutes later. The person on the phone then told me they would charge $175 dollars!!!
Thanks for honoring the $50, but wasn’t a good experience overall

Great experience. I was given an estimate of 1 hour to be on site due to bad weather, and the driver was there in about 25 minutes. Very polite and professional service.

Outsourced their tow service to Muniz towing and it took over an hour and a half for tow to come when the agent said 35-45 minutes. I would have called somewhere else if I knew she was lying. Also she told me it would be now more than $135 and it was $145.
